The Real Estate Studio Announces Future Headquarters at Tower 5 in North Hills Innovation District

The Real Estate Studio is pleased to announce that it will establish its headquarters at Tower 5 within North Hills Innovation District (NHID)↗, the newest office tower in Kane Realty Corporation’s↗ dynamic mixed-use district in Midtown Raleigh.
The move marks an important milestone in the firm's continued growth and reflects its long-term vision of creating a real estate experience centered on thoughtful design, genuine hospitality, and meaningful relationships.
Since opening in 2025, The Real Estate Studio has grown into a boutique real estate firm serving buyers, sellers, builders, and developers through residential brokerage, new-home sales and marketing, and strategic partnerships throughout the industry. Establishing our headquarters at Tower 5 marks an important milestone in the firm's continued evolution and reinforces our commitment to serving the Triangle.

Planning and design for The Real Estate Studio's headquarters are currently underway. Construction is expected to begin later this year, with occupancy anticipated in 2027.
