Each scenario is a P&I estimate and is based on primary residences only, a 640 FICO score, and a 3/2/1 buydown on the following purchase price scenarios: 1) $239,900, 2) $275,000, 3) $284,900, with an FHA 30-year agreement (360 months) and 3.5% down.
