I’m Laurie Evans, president of The Real Estate Studio and a Raleigh native with deep roots in the Triangle. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in new construction and infill properties, bringing intentional design, hospitality, and elevated service to every client and builder I serve. My real estate journey began long before my career—spending afternoons with my grandparents in new home communities instilled in me a deep appreciation for the craft and the experience of home.
For me, real estate is more than a transaction—it’s about creating unforgettable experiences. I merge design, strategy, and exceptional service in every interaction, anticipating needs, following through with integrity, and protecting my client’s vision at every step. I love growing alongside my clients—helping first-time buyers find their dream homes, celebrating milestones, and guiding the next generation as they purchase homes of their own. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling for great food, shopping at HomeGoods, and spending time with my daughter, Ellie. I have a twin sister, which always surprises people! My values—hospitality, integrity, intentionality, and relentless follow-through—shape everything I do as both a leader and advocate.
