Meet Jamie
I’m Jamie Gaul, Executive Assistant at The Real Estate Studio, and I have the privilege of supporting Laurie and our incredible team so they can focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. My role is designed to anticipate the needs of our team, streamline operations, and create a strong foundation for the success that lies ahead. I take pride in knowing that the support that I provide allows our agents to shine and our clients to feel truly cared for.
My passion for real estate and home building comes from growing up around my father, a custom cabinet builder. I spent countless hours on job sites and home renovations, learning firsthand how spaces are shaped and how every detail matters. Today, I bring that same curiosity and attention to detail to my work, ensuring that every project and interaction is intentional, thoughtful, and executed with integrity.
What inspires me most about my role is being part of something magical from the very beginning—helping mold the future of a company I’m proud to call my own. I approach every day with warmth, compassion, and a commitment to meeting people where they are. Whether it’s creating systems that make daily operations seamless, coordinating events for builder partners, or simply bringing a smile to a colleague’s day, I aim to make a meaningful impact through every action.
Living and working in the Triangle is a true joy. I love the region’s accessibility, its sense of community, and the way it blends growth with hometown charm. When I’m not at the Studio, you can find me exploring new restaurants and festivals, attending NC State athletics with my son, or enjoying time on the water at Lake Gaston.
For me, home isn’t just a place—it’s a feeling of safety, warmth, and authenticity. It’s the space where we can be our truest selves and care for others with intention. That philosophy shapes how I show up for my team, our clients, and every project I touch.
