Meet Caroline
I’ve been an artist my whole life, with a creative journey spanning interior design, graphic design, photography, and studio art. As Creative Director at The Real Estate Studio, I translate that passion into experiences that leave a lasting impression. I shape the visual identity of our brand and the communities we represent—from colors, fonts, logos, photography, and lookbooks to moodboards, property presentations, and websites—so that every detail feels intentional, cohesive, and elevated.
Every project is an opportunity to craft moments that delight and inspire. I focus on the client and buyer experience at every touchpoint, ensuring that community marketing, property presentations, and digital campaigns are thoughtfully designed, intuitive, and memorable. Whether developing full-scale tactile moodboards or refining digital campaigns, my goal is to make every experience seamless, engaging, and purposeful—helping clients and buyers feel seen, confident, and cared for.
Hospitality and thoughtful attention guide my work. I approach every project as if I’m welcoming someone into a space I’ve carefully designed, anticipating needs and ensuring each interaction is meaningful. Creativity, strategy, and meticulous attention to detail combine in my role to support The Real Estate Studio’s mission of redefining real estate through elevated, client-centered experiences.
Outside of work, I’m a family-focused cat lover who enjoys Legos, concerts, and time with my niece and nephew. Living and working in the Triangle is a joy because it’s where my family is, and it inspires me to create experiences that feel like home in every sense of the word.
