Meet Beth
I’m the Vice President of Marketing & Brand Strategy at The Real Estate Studio, where I have the privilege of leading the creation of marketing systems and brand initiatives that elevate both our company and the new home communities we represent. Since beginning my career in the late 90’s, I’ve specialized in translating complex brand and marketing challenges into actionable strategies that drive tangible results, helping clients, colleagues, and partners achieve meaningful outcomes.
My journey into marketing wasn’t linear. I initially planned to become an Exercise Physiologist, but discovered that my true passion was inspiring people to think differently—and that marketing was the most powerful way to do it. Over time, I’ve developed a reputation for turning insights into seamless, elevated experiences that resonate with audiences, strengthen brands, and create lasting impact.
At the Studio, strategy, creativity, and intentionality guide everything I do. I focus on building marketing systems that endure, scale with success, and elevate the perception of real estate beyond transactions—crafting experiences that feel effortless, thoughtful, and distinctly memorable. I’m energized by helping Laurie and Neil bring their vision to life, supporting clients in building their legacy, and elevating the industry through innovative, client-focused solutions.
Living and working in the Triangle has been a constant source of inspiration. I love exploring local hidden gems—from Neuse River Brewing to Oakwood Pizza Box—and enjoying the vibrant communities, culture, and growth that make this region so dynamic. At home, I share my life with two dogs and a little neighborhood cat family I’ve adopted, which keeps me laughing and reminds me daily that care, attention, and connection matter.
