Meet Allan
I’m Allan Bonner, a Triangle native with deep roots in the community and a lifelong passion for helping people bring their vision of home to life. Before becoming a real estate advisor, I spent years in construction and architectural design, preparing plans for custom homes from the Triangle to the coast. That experience gives me a unique ability to spot opportunities, foresee challenges, and guide clients with clarity and confidence.
I specialize in working with first-time buyers, buyers interested in new construction, and sellers, helping each client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. I take pride in delivering a client experience that goes beyond transactions—where thoughtful care, hospitality, and attention to detail redefine what real estate can be.
Whether it’s touring a home, preparing a property for market, or planning a custom build, I bring patience, insight, and a commitment to excellence to every interaction. My clients often describe me as personable, passionate, and committed—and my goal is always for them to feel I had their best interest in mind.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy exploring North Carolina’s mountains and beaches, spending time with my wife, daughter, and our two rescue dogs, and pursuing hobbies like cycling, stunt kiting, and clay art. I’m proud to call the Triangle home and love helping others experience all it has to offer.
